The Mahila Maanvadhikaar Trust is a registered trust under the Trust Act of 1882, recognized by the Sub Registrar in Meerut. The foundation operates training centers in Uttar Pradesh, with a strong focus on skill development in the Northeast, hilly regions, and Delhi. In addition to its training initiatives, MPR actively participates in a wide range of welfare activities, including support for the elderly, Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), minority issues, Panchayati Raj, tribal affairs, urban development, poverty alleviation, vocational training, water resource management, women's development and empowerment, as well as youth affairs..

PROJECT PLANNING

The Mahila Maanvadhikaar Trust serves as a training provider, assisting stakeholders in project planning, including fund utilization, implementation processes, variance and deviation calculations, and the establishment of guidelines to ensure the successful completion and desired outcomes of the project.

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

The Mahila Maanvadhikaar Trust will conduct a survey related to the project, handle mobilization, register beneficiaries, and implement skill development classes following NSQF/NSDC guidelines. The primary goal is to ensure the smooth execution of the project, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

POST-PROJECT TRACKING

The Mahila Maanvadhikaar Trust monitors the beneficiaries associated with each project, tracking their growth and progress. This serves as a key metric for evaluating the success and impact of the project..

Strategy of work

  • We will focus on practical training with industry interface as per local needs.
  • We want to work in coordination with the Labour Department, the Employment Department, and placement overseas.
  • We will also focus on making clusters of skilled people as per requirements.
  • MSME, NIESBUD, DIC, UDYOG ADHAR, UDYAM REGISTRATION, TRADE LICENSE, WAGE EMPLOYMENT AS PER INDUSTRY REQUIREMENTS WILL BE KEY FOCUS AREA OF TRAINING FROM DAY ONE.

Helping trainees who want to start their work or job outside.

  • We are making efforts to implement self-employment initiatives with local departments.
  • We will register candidates with the National Career Centre as a training provider to facilitate work opportunities outside.

Exploring opportunities for e-commerce sites:

We can play an important role in helping the trainees to sell finished products in Delhi NCR and other part of country. We can provide them with plate forms as vendors on e-commerce sites Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, TATA cliq, Snapdeal, Shopclues, PAYTM etc. and also our site-www.mahilamanvadhikartrust.org

Our trained candidates can use or access our offices in Delhi and Shillong as facilitation centres.

  • We can arrange telephonic interviews for placement in multinational companies in Gurgaon.
  • MPR is already working in the Northeast for value addition after assessing PMKVY/ITI/Diploma holder students.
